Delivery and order
Where can I receive my order ?
• We deliver in France and abroad, at home or at a relay point.
When I place my order, when is it sent ?
- • Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm will be sent the same day.
- • Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 1pm will be prepared and sent the following business day
- • Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and weekends will be sent the following Monday.
What are the available delivery methods ?
The different delivery methods are as follows
- • Delivery at home by Colissimo
- • Delivery at relay points
- • Express delivery 24h (DHL)
What are the delivery rates ?
Delivery rates depend on the delivery method chosen :
- • Delivery by Colissimo: Colissimo delivery is free for orders over 89€. If your order does not exceed 89€, then the shipping costs will be 6.50€ per order. The order will be delivered in 3 working days to the chosen address (Monday to Saturday from 7am to 9pm (except Sundays and public holidays).
- • 24-hour Express Delivery: 24-hour Express Delivery costs 15€ per order. To receive your order, the next business day, you just have to place your order before 1pm. - • Relay point delivery: The order is delivered in 4 working days (except on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays) in the relay point you chose when you finalized your order. Delivery at the Relay Point is free of charge for orders over 89€. If the amount of your order is less than 89€, the delivery at the Relay Point will cost you 10€.
How do I know if my order has been sent ?
You will receive a confirmation email containing the order tracking number.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once confirmed, we process your order so quickly that we can no longer modify it. However, you will have a few minutes after confirmation to cancel it.
How to track my order?
You can track your order here. Please have the tracking number you received by email when validating the shipment of your order.

DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?
Our Standard and Express deliveries are available for most of the countries to which we deliver. To see the delivery options available in your country, you must first enter your delivery address. International deliveries are invoiced from a flat rate regardless of the weight of your order. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the payment page of your order, once the destination and delivery service have been selected.

You can track your order using the tracking number received when validating the shipment of your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY?
Your order does not suit you? Because the product is not the right size, you made a mistake in your order or you simply changed your mind.
No worries, we accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
We accept products returned in their original condition and always labelled. We do not accept returns of damaged or externally worn orders in which case we will not be able to make any exchanges or refunds.
You can make a return or exchange either by post or by going to the shops.
Please note that no refunds will be made in store.
For your returns in store, we welcome you from Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm at 19 rue pierre lescot, 75001 Paris.

Nothing could be easier, you have 30 days to return your product.

In the "Product Return" section, tick it or the products you wish to return and then fill in the return form
Return it (s) returned products, and the fully completed return form in a cardboard box

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Your refund will be made between 5 to 14 days from the date of receipt and validation of the return by our teams. An email will be sent to you at the time of refund.
You will be refunded by the payment method used for your purchase (CB, PayPal). In some cases, we may also offer you a credit note valid for a period of one year.
